What is it?
For the 10 weeks of what would be our regular season we are going to hold weekly challenges developing our skills and play abilities. We’ll recognize two key elements that all strong athletes possess… Attitude and Effort!
What does it cost and how do you join?
It’s absolutely free and just by being on our email list you’ll receive your weekly challenges. Our plan is to release these every Friday afternoon around 3pm.

Week One | Rules of the Game; Equipment of the Game | I’m going to learn the rules to help my team. |
Week Two | Dribbling, Starting and Stopping with the ball | I need to improve my skills to help my team. |
Week Three | Passing and Receiving a pass | I need my teammates and my teammates need me. Teamwork |
Week Four | Long Passing and Switching the Field | I need to see all around me. Vision |
Week Five | Shots on Goal | You never score if you don’t take a shot! Courage |
Week Six | Defense | Helping wherever I can. Humility. |
Week Seven | Throw In’s or Side Kicks (young one) | We have to have a plan. Organize |
