4 - Steps to Register

  1. Complete online application at eAYSO
  2. Print and Sign 2 copies of the application.
  3. Make payment (via check or online with PayPal or credit card)
  4. After payment mail the 2 signed copies of the application to: Ojai AYSO 147 - P.O. Box 1648, Ojai, CA 93024  Include your check or money order if not paid online.)
